today we went on kinnect we went on games such as zumba which is a dancing game and we went on kinnect adventures where you so different types of challenges.





we also did motion capture

Location photography

I like this picture because it's creative and makes you realize how small people are in the world.
I think this is different to our location photography because it is done on a bigger scale and in more photogenic places.

light drawing

On 22/11/11 we went to the studio to do some light drawing photography.
We used different coloured lights a cannon 5D camera  to do it and stood in front of  the camera in the dark and made different shapes and words etc


Light drawing is a photography technique which are made at night or in studio by moving a coloured light or by moving the camera, but moving the light is easier than moving the camera. in many cases the light source itself doesn't have to occur in the image.

 

I think that this light drawing video is very well made i think the techniques used are imaginative 

 i like this because it is unique.

if you compare this video to our light pictures 

you can tell it is the first time we have experimented with it.

Today me and paulina made a stock frame animation.

we used a tripod and 550d cannon camera to 

take loads of pictures of a trolly moving around a park 

we made it look like it was moving by itself.

we took around 30 pictures lasting around 0.5 seconds for each frame.

stop motion is an animation technique that makes a physically manipulated object appear to move on its own. The object is moved in small increments between individually photographed frames creating the illusion of movement when the series of frames is played as a continuous sequence

I think this is a good video because it is showing what i am going with in my work such as i did my stop fame photography on a sainburys trolley and with my idea i did the similar things as the example video such as the images of the video clip doing different motions and other things.

Stock Frame animation- Graphics exam

This video is good because it is a recipe in a stock frame form and its original because it is used with natural materials in cookery and in the process of the movie.

I will attempt to make my own version of this video
i will make beans on toast in a stock frame form

In my recent lessons i did location photography we used a cannon 5d camera and bowens lighting.
During the lesson we took pictures in a ally way in front of a graffiti wall this gave i different affect to the ones we took facing the sun. i didn't really like having my photo taken but i think there was good affects because of the Autumn leaves on the ground.

Today we made a 2d animation using a 5d cannon camera and bowens lighting. 

we cut up bit of magazines and made them into our own image.

I liked doing this because it gave you a chance to be creative and do your own thing.

I like this 2d animation because it is simple yet amusing.
it is different to the 2d animations because it is drawn and not done with cut out magazines.

Today in photography we used a cannon 5D camera and bowens lighting to take portrait pictures of each other. In lesson I was able to know how lighting off the lamps can give better effect on the picture and give the background a grey colour showing all the effects from just a bit of light.

Today in photography we used make up other things to do a horror photo shoot. we used bowens lighting and a 5d cannon camera to achieve this scary, dark looking effect.


We used the pictures to make posters in graphics
we used photoshop to edit them and added text to make it look better.

Today we went in the studio and took 15 pictures of a 3D sculpture on a cannon 5D camera to make a short video








A snoot is a black-painted metal tube that sticks onto the light where the barndoors normally go to allow more of a narrow spotlight to hit the subject. Usually there are rings of different hole sizes to control the size of the spotlight.

Today we cut out pictures from magazines and took pictures of them in different positions to make a simple short animation. In our animation we had a women and a dog dancing and then the women kicked a car
